Great review, thanks mate! Glad they've removed the Charging capability while driving, i.e. running the petrol as a generator - I used to work for CUPRA and honestly trying to explain what you'd ever use that for here in Australia was like trying to explain Calculus from first principles "but when or why would I ever use this..." 😂

I like the design inside and out and considered Cupra when I changed my car a couple of months ago. However, the rear leg room is always the problem for me. I am 6ft and I like my passengers to have room behind me.

I could never get used to all that copper. No comment on the absence of seat pockets? Any door pockets?

That style of seat never has pockets. Doors are there yes.

Hi Nobby are you going to review the New Cupra Leon SP anytime soon ? I have just purchased a fully loaded one for 25 coming from a Tarraco FR as they are discontinued now. I drove the SP in diesel smashing car to drive plenty power, enough for me anyway. I drove the new Sportline Kodaiq hasn't a patch on the Tarraco FR to drive etc, it was like a boat on wheels horrible drive.

Mark. Again an excellent review. Seat consigned to history? As you know, SUV lifestyle are not for me. However my thoughts are anyone with an smidgen of common sense and taste😮🤔😉 would buy this over a Lambo Urus and do the right thing and give the god only knows how much you would save to charity. Certainly shows what an Emperor's new clothes Lambo is. 🤣🤣

If the UK could be persuaded to take diesel models, it would help. I would imagine Ireland and UK are the only RHD markets for Cupra.

I think if you do a full drive review of a Cupra Leon it will be the first in English as only German car journalists- guess what I’m buying a Leon Sportyourer with no reviews other than 1 static walk around. Sorry for the rant the Terramar looks lovely I just hope reliability ranking of 32 out of 32 changes if not I can always get a more reliable car in an Alfa (ranked 31 😂😂)

Pretty good, smooth ride with the DCC and fairly quiet bar some tyre noise which is probably the loudest aspect of that speed.
