When doing a full arch monolithic zirconia bridge, how is it cemented? Is it cemented directly to the MUA?

No. If you use the NobelProcera Implant Bridge from Nobel Biocare (kzbin.info/www/bejne/fl7ElpJ-orepeZI) the zirconia bridge is screwed directly to the MUA, no cement. Otherwise you can use Nobel's universal base (kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHyqgn1-oc9oqtE) which would be cemented to the bridge so that the bridge would then be screwed in to the MUA.

Are custom abutments ever used for hybrid/fixed dentures? If so, why would you choose a custom abutment over a MUA?

No, hybrids/fixed dentures are attached either directly to the implant or to an MUA. However, there are some manufacturers that make custom MUA, meaning you can customize the angle and height.

Would a multi unit abutment work with a singular implant #9 since the implant was placed to facially and the access channel is on the buccal ?? Want to get access on the lingual

The multi-unit abutments are not designed for single units. They don't have any anti-rotation features on the top (coronal) side that would prevent a single crown from spinning on it.

The torque for angled MUA is mentioned 15Nm somewhere, n 35 Nm at somewhere. Please clarify

For the 17 and 30 degree MUA abutments the torque is 15Ncm. For the 45 and 60 degree abutments, the torque is 35Ncm. The torque for straight MUA abutments is 35Ncm. The torque for the prosthetic screw (which holds the prosthesis to the MUA) is always 15Ncm.
