Nobhead Caravan Driver - YF59 WGV

A little advice for you Nobhead....
1. If you don't like being overtaken by an HGV - Do more than 50mph.
2. When an HGV does overtake you, don't just boot it - that pisses us off (especially when we've been planning our overtake for the last minute!!)
3. What is the point in keeping in front of an HGV if you're just going to pull into a layby 50 seconds later??? W*NKER!!!!!!!!
4. When you do pull into a layby, move all the way up to the end. This helps those of us who are required BY LAW to take breaks, to get into the laybys that you dumbasses always hog at holiday time!!
5. If you had mirror extenders you'd be able to see better. Your 2010 Toyota Hilux is only 1.8m wide... it DOES NOT extend past the 2.23m of your "Swift Archway Sport" caravan you d*ck!!!

They had no towing mirrors and they did not indicate that they were going into the layby and no brake lights. Apart from points I mentioned, I don't see what caravan driver done wrong. The maximum speed for towing a caravan on a motorway is 60mph, 50mph on dual carridgeway. I tow a caravan and if I see a trucker in my extending mirrors I will ease off abit and allow them to pass and flash my lights to them know when they are clear to pull back in.

I think that the person that posted this video is the nobhead It looked to me that the person towing the van pulled over just to let you pass.

A bit of an odd over reaction I agree, but to be fair in regard to no.1 in the list if complaints the speed limit when towing a caravan is 50mph.

The discription says it all. on another note I have yet to see one in the third lane doing 80mph unlke the turds I see pulling a jet ski/horse box car trailer on the A1M Yorkshire. .

Driver towing the caravan is a knob head, I tow a caravan and if a lorry tried to pass me I would let him and even slow down a tad to let him.

I tow a caravan and I do the same and I also flash my lights to tell the hgv driver the he or she is clear and safe to pull in front of us. The hgv drivers signal the same.
