I can't thank you enough for this tutorial, liked subd and commenting to support. this is the only video I've found that actually explains the expressions instead of just "copy this expression and do this"

Excellent tutorial? Thank you. Liked and subbed. The only improvement I can think of is either taking off the lower third pop-ups because they hide what you are typing and it gets difficult to follow along, or provide a project file so that even with the pop-ups, we are still certain the script is correct.

In the minute 2:55 you can put in the final [x,y], [500,500] to put the circle in the center. Well i put [500,500] because my composition was 500px by 500px

Has the Write-on effect changed since this was published? I keep getting errors in my Brush Position expression despite following this tutorial to a T. I'm using After Effects 2022 I get the following error message: freq=1.5; Error: couldn't turn result into numeric value I've been trying to fix this for two hours now...

Hello! Just one question. Is there any possibility of avoiding the increasing brush spacing value when you mess with the time value of the expressión? I need the signal to increase it's fre in time, but that also increases the brush spacing. Thank you, super usefull!
