I find it interesting that the vast majority of advice being given comes from people who are successful in the fantasy worlds of sports and entertainment which holds no consequence whatsoever but serves only as a distraction to real life.
@jeremyoberg2409Ай бұрын
It's just because they are given the spotlight. The advice holds true for living a regular life as well. Not only is it true, but it's even easier to win and stand out while pursuing "regular guy" success. You will become THE example to follow in your family. Your friends and relatives will be asking you for advice and giving you their praise and encouragement. Here's how you win life: don't go into debt except for the home you live in (don't borrow against your home, just pay it off), eat healthy, work out regularly, take work seriously and push for the income level you are comfortable with, max your IRA contribution, max your 401(k) contribution, invest at least 20% of your income, learn to keep a level head, be disciplined and stay ahead of your obligations, keep your house and car clean, be nice to people, get married to a woman you're willing to fully commit to (a good one), and have kids. Teach your kids to do the same. Give yourself grace when you're not perfect. You may not find yourself giving speeches to millions of people, but you'll be just as proud of the life you lived.

Depends on your perspective: are you a spectator or participant in life? Discipline and Inspiration are essential for success. Sports and entertainment just so happened to monetize them better than anyone.

What about goggins, do your research on his career in the navy seals
@robertthomas2965Ай бұрын
Fantasy world? Sports are an industry, entertainment is an industry. Go listen to greats of other industries, the advice is very similar.

Every thought, every action, every idea is all stolen. We live in a copy cat world. The most successful people understand that it’s a combination of hard work, dedication, theft, and selfishness that makes you successful
