I love the way they handled the kallus plot twist. The rebels, even after he helped them several times, were very hesitant to trust him. It actually makes sense logically based on the rebels' past with kallus, unlike hux.

Hobby isn't the guy with the mustache, that's Biggs Darklighter in Episode 4. Biggs is Luke's friend from back on Tatooine who joined the Imperial Academy and then defected to the Rebellion before dying during Luke's Death Star Trench Run in Episode 4. Hobby isn't shown in the movies I don't think, but he's name-dropped in Episode 5 and he's part of Red Squadron after Episode 4

Okay I'm now on Season 3 of my Rebels rewatch and found this one moment so hysterical I kept rewinding it. It's in episode 3 when Maul asks (forces) Hera to show him around the Ghost. I hated that Maul kept them prisoner but what he has to say about their living spaces-while they can hear him-is comedic perfection. Ezra and Zeb's cabin: "That is a curious smell." Sabine's cabin: "How...colorful." Kanan's cabin: "Ah yes. A dull, dour chamber. These are the quarters of a Jedi." I was on the floor lmao; I can totally picture Zeb and Sabine looking at each other like WHAT DID HE JUST SAY 😂

Rebels origin story: Hera and Chopper were doing something, but Chopper ran away, killed a stormtrooper and set explosives around a camp. He was caught and said: "you can't blame me, I'm a droid. I can only do what my creator programmed me to." When they find Hera, she is like: "Oh shit." Then Kanan sees her, and instantly falls in love, and thinks: if I save her, she'll like me! Kanan does jedi stuff then says: "Why does the Empire hate you?" "My droid is a psychopath" "Oh" *Time passes* *CRASH* Kanan and Hera see a massive purple dude bonking stormtrooper heads. Kanan: "Will you join us to fight the Empire?" Zeb: "If i can beat up more stormtroopers." Hera: "Well, we are wanted around the galaxy." Zeb: "Ok, I'm in." *Pretty much the same story with Sabine, except she is blowing them up and blasting them instead of punching them* Cue episode one.
