Just to clarify, there are 28 personality marks. To get a specific personality mark, it would be 1/2800. To get any of the 28 personality marks, it would be 1/100. The craziest thing you can do with this is catch a Shiny Petilil then send it back to PLA to evolve it into a Hisuian Lilligant with the Mark. It's also an interesting way to start a Ribbon Master Quest with any Pokemon introduced in Gen 8 that made it to SV, or just to have a Misty Mark Pokemon in SwSh that couldn't get it in that game naturally.

I did the another thing but similar, i got a shiny petilil before post game and evolved it into hisuian lilligant, and i did get another after while hunting for it first try and then evolved it in shield

I’ve just done it and I’m beyond excited but I’ve done it. I think this is the rarest Pokémon I can probably hunt for. I had a check if it kept the mark going into legends and then back

I hate to break it to you, but I have a Misty Mark shiny Delibird. During the Christmas outbreak event, I reset my game until I got a Delibird outbreak near one of the misty areas. Then a few shinies later, I got the misty mark! Also, Delibird normally isn’t found at all in Kitakami outside of that limited outbreak event. So getting the misty mark on a shiny one is essentially impossible now

fun fact: outbreak events, much like tera raid events, don't expire automatically and will stay active on a save file as long as you never go online on that save file outside that event period.

That's pretty clever! I didn't know about the misty mark around then, but as soon as I did, I started looking for a pokemon with one. My pokemon is a normal Leavanny, but it has the misty mark!

I have a sandstorm mark on a shiny dratini which is now unobtainable cause the outbreak event ended, I've yet too see anyone else say they have it . . . It was only a single outbreak location and I had to hang off a certain part of a cliff to get the dratini to spawn with the sandstorm. It was very gimmicky to get but its named darude and i love it.

I'm so glad that i got my own misty mark shiny shinx during the gold shiny outbreak event. The only thing that sucked about that hunt was that it took 46 shiny shinxs before i found it💀

i caught a rellor with the blizzard mark for the reason that blizzards are extremely short and extremely rare and Rellor only spawned in the snow biome in the terrarium for the golden week event, so i spent a few days finding a shiny with the blizzard mark and now i have a nearly exclusive shiny Rabsca with the blizzard mark

that shiny/mark luck was insane with the ralts. too bad you couldn't get the mark for the indeedee but two shinies in one sandwich is still pretty great on it's own. definitely considering trying this out sometime

Clicked on this video just to comment that I in fact do have a shiny Misty marked Ralts! Did this hunt back in January and it took about 37 phases before I got it! I’m going for one shiny of every mark and I’m only missing 20 marks! Congrats on your marked shiny!

Not a Mark, but a Ribbon. I got the Legend Ribbon on a Hisuian Typhlosion. (The ribbon you get for beating Red at Mt Silver in HGSS). You need to have either Cyndaquil or Quilava in your party while you beat Red, then transfer it up to Arceus and evolve it :) I’ve also got a Shiny Hydrapple with the Galar Champion & Tower Master Ribbon

Fastest Shiny I Ever got in S/V = I was preparing for my first ever true shiny hunt and not just finding random shinies in Legend Arceus xd. So I look up the wiki and search for a good shiny to hunt, I chose the lil pink pig. I prepare myself with all of the things I need, then I go to the route next to our house (forgot name). I want to hear the music of battle so I battle a tarountula, and in the background, I see a little shiny pig. I DIDNT EVEN USE THE SANDWHICH AND DONT HAVE THE SHINY CHARM :_:

I was lucky enough to get a Goomy The Mist Drifter during the dragon event. I think I caught around 50 shinies before I got it. Was soooooo worth it! Seems like it may be pretty rare. Great video!

I'm trying to Shiny and Mark Hunt a Dhelmise with the Fishing Mark. I've already caught three 3 Shiny Dhelmise, but one of them had the Uncommon Mark. I found a Shiny Magikarp, but accidentally killed it. It'd be cool if I got a Shiny Magikarp/Gyarados with the Fishing Mark, and brought it over to the Scarlet & Violet or even BDSP since the Fishing Mark isn't available in those games.

Oh wow I didn't even know you could get this mark in the game! I thought it was only exclusive to SwSh. Kinda weird that there's certain spots that have misty weather, I wish it wasn't that hard to get misty weather tho. Maybe I'll try this with Ralts as well since I don't even have a shiny Ralts yet in SV but I have a feeling I'm gonna be very unlucky or it might be too hard for me to do :( I guess we'll see

Not as rare because I didn't find it in SV but a couple of weeks ago I went back to SWSH to strong spawn hunt for Aegislash. I got it and it had the Misty Mark. I had the shiny charm but not the mark charm so it was 1/50 on top of 1/1,365 which I think is pretty cool

I found another misty weather spot just south from spot 5, better for when the outbreak you're hunting spawns on the rocky patch just in front of it. High jump upgrade would be required for the fastest time getting into misty weather (you can jump from spot 5 to it it's that close by) I'd call it 5a or 5b as it's almost a sub section of spot 5

lost interest as soon as shiny charm or anything raising odds is mentioned just wish there were more full odds hunters left, can’t even find a single discord or subreddit to talk to other full odds hunters.. and I mean specifically full odds hunters bc most discords and subreddits for shiny hunting are almost all baby odds hunters (no offense of course, it’s just a game)
