That’s so true. My dad was the only one in my family who loved when I went natural and just wore my fro. My mom and everyone else kept telling me to “do something with my nappy ass head.” But, my daddy thought I was even more beautiful because if it. RIP daddy❤❤❤❤

My family was the opposite. My dad would always ask if I wanted him to pay to get my hair "done", ask "why you got that puff ball on your head", "why'd your mom do that to your head". My mom liked whatever I did to it, bantu, puff, wash n go, turban, etc...

Dads are the best. When my oldest sister moved away to college dorms my dad missed her so much but would never just say that. So he would wait until he knew she was in class and call her dorm room just to leave ridiculous messages. Like saying he was a cop and she was wanted for questioning.. all kinds of 💩. She finally came home for a visit one day and told my dad her roommate was requesting to switch room. My dad is something else but can never be replaced 😂😂😂
