More of a reflection on the nba audience as a whole than Tatum. Plays the game right, team oriented, humble, winner, etc. If you can’t respect that it’s on you. If you prefer a guy who’s flashy and disrespectful then God bless.

Very well said brother. I mean, he is not flashy. IMO, he shares the same problem as Nikola. He got most of things checked, he's balling and gives his best every game. If they lost, he acknowledges they need to play better. A lot of viewers like some drama in what they watch in which unfortunately, that's not really who JT is. And this is coming from a non Boston fan.

No i prefer first option stars that don`t get outshined everytime it matters by their second star option. Jokic doesn`t get outshined by Murray for instance. but Tatum gets outshined by Jaylen Brown consistently especially in the playoffs. good player, but i`d take Jaylen Brown ahead of Tatum,

@@thetruth4654you clearly do not watch much Celtics basketball. I love JB and he is my favorite player however Tatum is on a whole other level in comparison to brown. Tatum box score was better than brown in every measurable metric. Tatum played bad shooting in the finals however he averaged better ppg, rebounds and assists than brown. Tatum was just under averaging a triple double in the finals. I know someone isn’t much of a fan of basketball when they make comments like this. It’s just the usual Tatum hate. JT is 4th in overall stats. JB is 17th. The entire Celtics offense runs through Tatum. He draws the most doubles freeing up Brown to get open looks. If Brown was a number one option on a team I can assure you his individual stats would be worse. As for brown being better in the playoffs you simple were lazy and went off feelings and failed to use your google machine to look at the stats. Since you don’t want to do the work I will give you the numbers for you. Playoffs: JT-24ppg 8 r 5 a +/- +60 +/- 2024 finals +147 JB- 17 ppg 5.5 r 4 a +/- +29 +/- 2024 finals +88 It’s simply not even close. JB is not a floor general. Tatum is. Stats back this up. But casual fans who are indoctrinated by the media will absolutely spew this nonsense either with no research behind it. I’m not even sure you watched this video.

Tatum is better than SGA. But the way he's settling for threes for over 50% of his attempts is hurting that argument. If he had a little more aggressive attitude, he would be MVP and they would be winning more games. But no. He decides to be humble. That's BS. He's literally settling for less.
