Took me awhile to say this but Im 💯 with that statement. I went from thinking he was a bad GM that had a few good picks to watching him have a good 2022 draft, get rid of Rodgers and get draft capital and nail the draft all in 2023, and then saw his vision come together last year on the field. After the Love pick I was done with him but he is sure looking smart now. He's getting better at his job too and with Rodgers gone we will see him really shape this team to MLF's liking, and that's a great thing. Glad he proved me wrong because I have cussed him a million times since 2020🤣

Hearing about how Josh Jacobs struggled in LV with no passing game and not much o-line support reminds me just how legendary Barry Sanders was in his day. The man put up eye-watering numbers despite being in detroit when their front office was one of the worst in football and found one way after another to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. I don't care what the record books say-- Barry Sanders was the RB GOAT.

Whats absolutely bonkers about the Packers is that even with these FA signings they are expected to have like 70 million in cap space next year. Love's contract will decrease that but the Packers are in the position to bring in anybody they want to fill a void/push a position group over the edge into dominance. Players will also want to go to GB bcuz of the culture, history, stability at QB and coach, and chance to win a SB which we have already seen with McKinney and Jacobs. They also have 11 draft picks this year with 5 in the top 100 and their GM has been on fire with his draft picks so far. Youngest team in the league with a bunch of dudes on rookie contracts and some vets sprinkled in - this team could be the team to beat for the next 3 years minimum. All the pressure is on them now so lets see what they do. I can see it now: Packers vs Jets in the SB. What a storyline that would be

Josh Jacobs is an all pro led the league in rushing bigger younger than Aaron Jones. Aaron Jones balled out but NOT to the level of Josh Jones.. Period. Gutey made another smart shrewd move. Aaron should have taken the pay cut because packers wanted him as the 2 in the 1 2 punch NOT THE STARTER which is clear. This is a fantastic move.

Keep in mind Jacobs can catch the ball as well and brings that receiving dimension just like Jones and can hit the home run like Jones too.
