Edhellond is very similar in how you been pronoucing it some people treat the ed like et but I've heard it both ways, anyways the fun fact for this episode is that Elrond the master of Rivendell had a brother. Unlike Elrond his brother Elros Tar Minyatur chose to be human and after the war of wrath for his valiant efforts the Valar blessed Elros and his human followers with long life, Elros would also be given an island by the Valar to rule Elros would then become the first king of Numenor thus the Numemorians were created. So technically Elrond is distantly related to Aragorn, next time I will list all of the Valar.

Siege battles can be cheesed a little in Shogun 2. If they have archers on the walls you can put a single unit right outside their range and it essentially locks the archers in place. They won't leave the walls for the rest of the battle. Then you can move your archers to the other side of the castle and just bombard them with every single arrow you have. By the time you send your infantry in they're so weak they'll get slaughtered right away. Before I knew this strat, Shogun 2 sieges were a complete nightmare but now I can routinely slaughter similarly sized or bigger armies on offensive sieges.

Lotr is a tough read, especially the 2nd book, but if you're a big fan, it will honestly give you joty untold. There is so much that the films miss out. Don't get me wrong, the films are superb, but it's like apples and oranges.

What most people are referring to when pronouncing the dh in Edhellond is that the dh is supposed to sound like "th" in "the". I think this was either in the appendices or one of the addtional notes/texts regarding Sindarin pronounciation. As an example take Caradhras or Galadhon. These are pronounced "Cara-thras" andd "Galathon". It's been a while since I've read the Appendices and any of the accompanying material so correct me if I'm wrong, but this is what I remember.

Drużyna in PL means few things. Team like in sports. But more related to videos topic that would mean warband. Like early medieval dukes personal troops.

I've read the Silmarillion thrice and as far as I understand the Falathrim and Sindar are essentially the same, the only difference being the Falathrim lived on the coast of Beleriand in the First Age and their leader was/is Círdan the Shipwright. While, the ones who lived under Thingol in Doriath and the inland of Beleriand were called solely Sindar. Another interesting bit is that at this point even though Noldor and Sindar were different, they just about unanimously speak Sindar as that became the Lingua Franca of the elves for a handful of reasons.
