Thank you for explaining in such a manner, but i am a mac user thus, for other mac users watching this, there is a slight change in the commands of Terminal and CMD. To check version of node js : node -version To check npm version: npm -version To enable node on terminal : node (same as cmd) Exit: .exit Hope it's gonna be helpful for some1 out there.

I liked your video found very helpful. just one info may be helpful for you, at 35:20 whatever you said is wrong: const area=a=>a*a; module.exports.getArea=area; now use getArea where you are importing will work fine. You need to match name area as above not the way you said. As whatever you have created only that value you could assign.
