yesterday there was a sample was sent by a hopital Islamabad Pakistan it was nodule from neck but later I checked it was not on the page later

Can this be misdiagnosed as a Granular cell tumour?

No. Not on pathology. Not if one has seen both granular cell tumor and nodular fasciitis. They look nothing alike microscopically.

Hi dr jared gardner, what do we mean by atypical nodular fasciitis ? Can be a contingent of epitheloid cells in nofular fasciitis ?

I don’t know. I’ve never used the term “atypical nodular fasciitis” as a diagnosis. But yes You can have large ganglion like cells in nodular fasciitis (when they are abundant you call it proliferative fasciitis. Here’s the video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eofYmoOGqrOBgdk )

I can’t take anymore please listen to my cry I was talking home from school one day when suddenly my skin started itching like crazy I got home took some Benadryl because I thought it was some kind of allergic reaction but that wasn’t the case everytime I go somewhere that is hot or warm if I get emotional my skin starts to sting me and itch it will go away once I cool down I feel stings all over my body my body I know for a fact this is a sweat related issue but I still can’t find any help please listen to my situation sir my life hasn’t been the same again it’s been

u said proliferation of small blood vessels , why not its a ?? curvillinear vessels of MFS, coz i got the case with DD NF and MFS all features r in fav with NF but lots of vessels r there , so is it normal have vessel ? curvillinear in NF, couldnt found on any book here u mention abt pro of vessel so i am more confused now plz give me some of ur expert opinion

For myxofibrosarcoma the presence of atypia/pleomorphism is the key feature. Also clinical scenario is different usually. See my Myxofibrosarcoma 101 video: kikoxp.com/posts/4190.
