You could put a bed of spinach on your plate, that way it wilts when you add food, but doesn't become too soft. Also I've started serving half a plate of food, while the other half simmers, then wait 20 mins between the first half and the second half and it aids digestion, because of the gap and because you don't have to rush the end, because it's going cold.

tofu scramble is one of my favorites to make! I found a recipe that has lemon juice in it. It's pretty good. I usually just have spinach, mushrooms, zucchini & garlic for my tofu scrambles.. on some gluten free toast and it's amazing! I wish I could have avocado with mine but i'm allergic!!!

Carmen R okay I don't thinknincan share links but the brand on Amazon is called "deep". It's a 3.5oz bag. Don't worry about the size and price as I've had mine over a year and barely made a dent. A little goes a long way and I use mine A LOT.

PUBG-Bean I got about the sane amount from spice jungle a year ago and still have about half of it...also, for everyone, add it at the very end of any cooking and other ingredients (unlike what chefs say with other seasonings, which should be cooked with the food, to better bring out impart the flavor), because kala namak (black salt) loses its sulfuric egg taste really quickly. when I started following this instruction, I used much less, the taste was more pronounced.

Here's a Mexican tofu scramble I make: Mexican spiced tofu scramble 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon water Pinch sea salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper Olive oil spray 1 scallion, finely diced 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 package firm tofu, very well drained 1 tablespoon very finely chopped parsley Nutrition Facts For 1 serving out of 2 Calories 36 Protein 2 g Carbs 3 g Fiber 1 g Sugars 0 g Sodium 129 mg Fat 2 g Saturated 0 g Directions In a small bowl, mix together nutritonal yeast, turmeric, cumin, paprika, water, salt, and pepper. Set aside. Mist a frying pan with olive oil and place it over medium heat. Once hot, add scallion and garlic, and saute until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Crumble tofu into the pan, breaking it up with your fingers. Pour seasoning over tofu and mix well, trying to color as much tofu as possible. Cook for 2 minutes or until tofu is hot throughout. Toss in parsley and continue to stir for another 1 to 2 minutes. Once cooked, serve with favorite sides and toppings, such as sliced avocado, whole-grain crackers or toast, sliced tomato, bacon (regular or meat-free), salsa, and/or hot sauce.

And as a state this is vegan nirvana which affordable fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts all grown within 50 miles of where we live. No excuse for us not to be plant based.
