Part of me feels like Liam was always a prick and Noel hated them and the whole thing that actually changed between them is Liam got older and less attractive and his voice got less magnificent and Noel simply decided he wasn’t worth the trouble anymore

Bonehead was definitely the glue that held the brothers together. When he left the band proper went through shit.

So, basically, Noel did everything. Wrote the songs. Recorded an example. Played them the example and told them to then copy it. While they just fckued around.
@yep34893 жыл бұрын
Yep, that's why Noel gets all the publishing royalties and makes double what the others do. He more than earned it all those years. He also did all of the bass on the first couple albums. They were so lucky he joined that band as are we of course.
@user-oh7iv3ij5x2 жыл бұрын
We are so lucky Liam asked him to come and watch his band and knew his brother had some good songs, they then asked him to manage them. Liam had the voice Noel the songs

That’s why Noel’s net worth is 70 million compared to Liams 7. Bit unfair really when Liam is the voice/sound behind it all

Noel wrote the songs but liam really made those songs come to life! Listen to the demos of some of those songs that Noel recorded I mean they sound ok woth Noel singing those songs but when liam sings the same so Those songs sound Amazing!

Oasis were the last of their kind, we'll never see a proper rock n roll band again. Music/artists in general these days are dreadful, just the same old shite break up song from the lot of em. Also really like Noels blue jacket in this video. 👌
@Tommy-TwigFan3 жыл бұрын
We still have great bands like The Strokes still making records, or new generation like The Lemon Twigs or King Gizzard and the bands that their lable support like Babe Rainbow or Murlocs, and is not like people like Jack White, Radiohead, Weezer or Dinosaur Jr don't keep doing songs.

I'm trying mate but my band mates want to do more metal and I'm saying look, music is dead at least rock n roll music can we not at least try to resurface it even if it's for five minutes, metal is boring as fuck and already popular, we need good British music again and bring back live music Don't get me wrong not expecting to be the next oasis but I just want to make my impact in rock n roll but the pals don't want to they just wanna chug at guitar strings and scream into a microphone it's shite

Imo noel should have never sung lead vocals on an oasis song should’ve been liam with noel doing backing vocals or share it with liam absolute pointless having a singer like liam and not having him singing on songs absolute waste I do like the songs noel sings but they would all be better with liams vocals
@TheBobbymcd3 жыл бұрын
only good thing about noel singing was i think sometimes Liams throat needed a 2o minute rest...it's not easy.
@James__________________3 жыл бұрын
@@TheBobbymcd yeah I agree with that but when you have a singer like him just sitting at the side of the stage twiddling his thumbs while noel is up there singing the songs it’s a massive waste so many good songs that would be much better with liams singing but noels ego was too big and he wanted to be the main man

Always felt like Oasis really missed a trick and woulda been huge if Liam had just embraced a bit of rapping on the songs. Wonderwall absolutely begs for it.
