First time I met Noel in Tulare Ca. touring with his dad and Rudy Parris.Got all three autographs on my old guitar then, Met Noel again in Bakersfield Kern County Museum where his dad box car is, Got Bens autograph that day..And said howdy the Noel again.

I have been a Merle Haggard, die hard fan since about 1967, I personally, am really impressed with all the Haggard Boys. I was really moved by the message Scott Haggard put before all the people, all the proof, he had of being the Son of a Legend Singer. If anyone, can't see the resemblance of him to his Dad Merle, they better go see an Eye Doctor. I am soon to be 68 years old, but I'm not blind, I believe you Scott, you​ don't have to prove nothing, the proof is in the singing,. and the features. I think the world of all the Haggard Boys, love to here all of you sing, and Ben, is one fine guitar picker!!!!!

How well I remember the nice conversation between Noel and me in Branson, Missouri. We talked about his life & our life as parents of an country music entertainer. I wonder if Noel still remembers that night. Noel impressed me then, back in the late 1990's and he impresses me now as well! Congratulations on your success Noel and remember to "break a leg"!!
