You are doing excellent thing at best age. I am more than 17 years old I started to lift weights one month after my 16th birthday. Weight lifting changed my life and body forever, I am not anymore bullied, my face, head, voice and entire body changed forever. My height increased a lot only for more than year. High intensity training can make you sweat extremely. Sorry for annoying, I just want to share my experience.

Before I started watching your videos, I was a drug and medicine addict, now I'm clean, and I went from 70 kg to 95 kg. When I was a child, I was treated with Burkitt's non-Hockin's lymphoma, I know what it's like when you're in the hospital waiting for surgery. I was in the hospital for around 8 months in 2022 with an autoimmune condition. I got really weak and couldn't train. It was the longest time in 15 years I had not trained. When I finally could train, I couldn't jog for 2 mins on the treadmill. I felt like giving up altogether. One of the lowest points of my life. Your videos gave me motivation and hope. Your positive attitude and great sense of humour really helped me through that time. I'm still recovering, but now I can do 5 mins of jogging. Your videos are still helping me to this day. I'm wishing you a speedy recovery Noel. You help more people than you know!

Everything ranging from working on yourself (working out) to the attitude. I don't think there's anyone that can keep a cooler head than you, and it's safe to say that you're a model figure in many, many aspects as the rest of the commenters suggested. Get well soon. Hopefully you can recover quickly! I’ve had to stop working out for the last four months or so because of an injury to my throat but I get the final surgery on it next week and after recovering I’ll be able to exercise again.
