This is why I like Mereoleona. She comes off as a fierce and ruthless fighter; but underneath she is a caring person. While most of Noelle's siblings humiliate her for her lack of control over her magic or for the death of her mother, Mereoleona comforts Noelle in her own way. She is more of a sister to her than any of them. She sees a lot of potential in Noelle and refuses to let her sink into her own despair.

So the latest manga of black clover is when Noelle talk to Dorothy the captain of the coral peacock I think? Anyways Dorothy said Noelle's mother was killed or has been dealing with a demon when she was pregnant, so I think that maybe Noelle's mother is actually an elf. Because Noelle's mother was cursed by a demon same as the elves when they died in the past causing patri to seek revenge on humans, so does this mean that Noelle's mother and the demon is somehow related to the elves that died and been cursed??
