i recommend meditation, it helps with mindfulness/awareness, when we practice meditation, we’re training in recognizing the thoughts, sensations and emotions that arise in the moment and let them pass by like clouds in the sky. your mind is like a clear sky, whether rain or storm it’s always pure, clear and knowing. observe your thoughts/emotions and you’re out of the thoughts/emotions eg. if you see the river, you’re out of the river

Facts bro. Since we're physiologically built to procreate, it can be very easy to get frustrated.... Now I followed your advice on minimising or eliminating social media. That helped a lot (especially on the Gram).... Now I did see a fully clothed beautiful woman last night on KZbin, and I got hard just from that. BUT it was still a victory for me LOL. For one, I didn't relapse. Secondly, as a type 2 diabetic, I used to have ED, until I started Keto, intermittent fasting, and nofap. So at 42, I'm happy that I can still get it up, without the BlueChew🤣🤣🤣.... With that said, for the mood swings, I would recommend Brags nutritional yeast and a multi vitamin supplement that includes a wide variety of B vitamins.

I did 6 days, relapsed, went again for 4 days, relapsed, did 1 day again, relapsed, n now I’m back on day 3 n I’m more confident than ever that I’m gonna go for a very long time.. 7 days is my goal rn, I wanna feel that 46% boost in testosterone and go even longer after that.. Edit 2: I finally hit day 7 and I couldn’t be happier, it’s like I have full control over my brain now, nothing can stop me now.. Edit 1: I relapsed again, I was too cocky that my will power was enough to fight my brain from tricking me into masturbating, so I allowed myself do little actions that I thought were insignificant enough that it wouldn’t trigger my addiction, but all those little actions summed up into one big load that my willpower wasn’t enough to carry.. Now I’m back on day 2 and I feel stronger than ever because I’ve completely cut myself from most of the technology entertainment I used to use(Netflix, instagram, Twitter, Reddit, even google chrome lol), I cannot let myself watch anything that can cause even the tiniest arousal, and I’m replacing all that time I used to spend on my phone and on my TV with physical activities. In other words I’m trying to live my life the closest I can get to the natural way men used to live in the beginning of time and cut off all these things that media and technology has made us think we need, that we actually don’t, and I’m replacing it with the natural things that our body and mind actually needs.

My older brother who’s 19 recently left for boot camp in the national guard, lately I’ve been trying to change myself as a better person, I’ve got a stomach and have been lazy most of my life, but now I am going to change for the better, thankfully my brother worked at a gym so we now have a lifetime free membership so I am able to go to the gym to get myself into shape, and I have turned my mindset into a positive mindset, I am now already turning myself into a better person and I now help out around the house. I started NoFap not too long ago and I know that I should always push through the temptations.. my brother is such a kind soul and loves helping out anybody, even people who don’t treat him the way he should be, so when I get angry or if I start to think negatively then I just remember how kind of a soul my brother has, and I start to remind myself that I want to be like him.

What was said in the beggining it’s absolutely true, I literally get angry out of nothing at random times. And then get super sad, but when I’m not on nofap, I’m just laid back.

I can assure you if you make it to 90 days at least. You will become a true man. You will have control of yourself, something that most people dont have. Do it and youll notice changes in your life. Talking from experience here.

Having balance in life is very important because it helps to fill the voids in one's own life!!! I always found that I was an ambitious person, but was missing that personal and social side of me that a few years ago I brought out and started meeting a few people and one whom I'm pretty close with as a friend!!!

Every video I've seen is touching knowing so many people face the same struggle as I do, however, the dark side that he is talking about and walking alone and not being able to control your anger is something God can help you with. God gives everyone one the choice to choose him, the Bible talks about how not everyone will believe, so to people that argue saying that not everyone is a Christian and that is fine but the principals behind not walking alone in a struggle come from the Bible I would love to talk to y'all more about this and encourage y'all to stay on this path
