Absolutely spot on. I'd say healthy stress is a conscious choice we make to challenge ourself whereas unhealthy stress is often unconscious where we focus and obsess on things that don't matter or that we can't control, things outside of us. That's where its important to learrn to surrender, relax, and let go sometimes. I'm also learning to let go of the constant need to go go go.
