Between the prevalence ECM and AMS, it makes it really hard to be a "casual" LRM player. You either have to boat them big time (Nova Cat lrm boats come to mind) or avoid them entirely.

Well...yeah. That's why it takes acquired skill to run them effectively. Constant movement and proper positioning, paired with a tag, will aid in actually fun solo LRM gameplay. =)

I played LRM when I started this game. It got me to T1 easily. Really easily. Yeah, you need good positioning and movement but that's true for every single build in this game. Just that brawlers or even snipers need to have other skills as well and they need LOS. So they can be shot in return. They share armor.

So, targeting computers worth using can will help balance the weapons. And loading your mech with too many weapons. I got at least targeting computer, three or fours etc
