To be fair we don't know what was happening before he started spectating the urban mech. Maybe there was an enemy there before hand. Odds are that urban mech pilot was an idiot but we don't know for sure.

You should do the cyclops hero with 2 heavy guass rifles and 4 tonnes of ammo and what ever engine u can fit in it. since you can only charge 2 guass rifles u can do tones of pin point damage

sometimes dmg goes to hell knows where. i drive double AC20 Cicada sometimes, saw damaged back armor while shooting face, legs while ac hits cockpit and so on. logs damage legs though.My Cicadinator is better by the way- no armor, and Annihilator speeds;)
