Noida Authority | B N Singh IAS got angry with corrupted officers at Noida RTO Office

The incident took place at Noida Authority with some boys who came to Noida RTO office for their driving licence formalities and this corrupted officer doesn't wanted to finish paperwork.
At the same day IAS B.N Singh came to Noida Authority for office observation then these boys told him about whole story that what happen with them, Mr. Singh immediately came into action.
