@narsinghtiwari9854 mention not bhaiya. Actually mujhe lagta hai Paramount Emotions yeh rates deserve hi nahi karta. Itna bhayankar issues chal rhe hain maintenance and overall society management mei ki kya bataon. Security is another big concern. Kisi floors pe cameras nahi hain. Also kisi bhi reception pe gates nahi hain. Please physically visit. Green area ke naam pe mazaak hai society mei. Meri majboori hai ki parents ki wajah se aana pada but we both are planning to leave and buy some place else.

Name any nearby society which has better greenary, don't misguide others. It's overpriced, construction quality is extremely poor, there is registry issue for some of the flats, but it is very well maintained and security is normal like all other nearby society.

Moral of this vedio Don't invest money in this society.No one is buying fresh units forget about resale. Even with such good interiors no one is interested
