Never heard of A Lady Without Passport, but I'm looking forward to seeing it now. I don't think it's ever been on Noir Alley. Even if I don't end up liking what Eddie shows, I'm always happier seeing him premiere new films to the program rather than covering other films multiple times. I'm glad whatever hiatus the show was on is over. It is always a dark time without Eddie and his show.

I think I shall give Lady Without Passport a look. I like H Lamar loads better than Mitchum, who always seems more like a presence, hulking or brooding at times, rather than an actor. Please, nobody tell me how wrong I am. I know he's popular. But I've seen his films my whole life, more than I've seen my cousins. 😺
