My car shakes around 75mph and and shakes even more the faster I go what seems to be the problem here I've had it balanced twice with a alignment it didn't help?

Same problem over 50 shakes the steering wheel checked everything I have never done struts. Now I’m thinking this is the cause u can feel a whine in the steering wheel going right
