I really dont swear at people, but you really wants me to... The blades and tunneling of different designs makes the air behave different.. The noctua makes the air consentrated forwards, while the eloops scater it and makes it scatter and spread. Thats the design that makes it move more air quiet. Its disturbing the flow, to make the sound apear softer, by making the air have softer flow.. What should concern you, is how much ait it moves per secon/minute/hour.. NOT the force it can lift paper with, thats just stupid. ALSO! what is the specs and what kinf of results are to be expected from the noctua fans? You know there IS a plethora of noctua fans with different targets in airflow vs pressure, and with different aplyances that they try to cover.. Same with Noiseblocker.. So you dont even know if youre testing fans from the same segments in their colections even. I just dont know how to tell you how missguided this became in English, but I think you must understand that this really was comparing apples to bacon, not apples to pears..

"What should concern you, is how much air it moves per second/minute/hour" actually that's important if you plan to use them as chasis fans with unrestricted flow of air, if you want then for a radiator, you should go for high static pressure instead of high airflow.

If anyone look s at this. This is not a review. The tissue test, is no test at all. How air is channeled is what air dynamics is about. This person just ignores it. On high static pressure needed for radiators (user comment), well, that also has many angles. How does the fin design (architecture) of the fins look like... Is it louvered, density, etc. Is the radiator designed for high or low airflow, thickness.... and you can carry on. There is actual engineers (those with real degrees) part of designing these things people! So, how do you do a test, without getting a degree is air and fluid dynamics. a) You eliminate the stuff you can not calculate. (you do NOT assume things) b) Connect it up with your radiator, ensure test setup is the same all the time, measure the temp of the water after X time. c) Put on new fans (different ones), same test setup, and again plot the water temperature over the same time. This will give you FanX efficiency over FanY efficiency for cooling your system with Setup A (you other components). Test 2: Noise -> Well this is maybe what the person here wanted to test... The test will be a decibel meter, but his mic will also work. Just listen., or in this case, the tester's own ears. -> the result of the this test, they make less of a noise. People get so easy sidetracked. Lets do a 4x4 hill decent test -> and then they get side tracked with the 0-60mph sprint test. I do no town these fan, but hence their name: "Noiceblocker". Capish!
