I ran my phone's battery down hard today. LOL... loving this one and how quickly you can sync it over to Live.

Sick bassline. Are they the same sound presets that come in Ableton? And does the session open as Midi clips in Ableton? Or does it convert it to audio loops?
@Noisegate2 жыл бұрын
The sounds are based on presets in Ableton and the session options up as Midi Clips

I can do some of this with GarageBand live loops on iOS, which syncs with Logic. But having an Ableton tool is a great option.

If you’re a person who is blind, such as myself, GarageBand sucks. Accessibility issues all around the board, but it’s a free app, so what do you expect? I’m just hoping that I can save up enough money… Able to notice six dollars here in the US… And I, live on my pension and some SSI notice so I don’t bring in much. I also don’t work, but I do use my Apple ID for things if they’re cheap. Six dollars is cheap, but I wanna know that it’s going to be accessible for me.I ran into a video on KZbin a few years ago that said just that, but able to note is a lot better with access with voiceover than GarageBand.

This is not available for Android !? - I'm definitely getting FL Studio now for I could be able to bridge it with the app

No not yet, hopefully it will at some stage but we haven't been informed

@@abelchristian951 the DAW isn’t writing hits, it’s the producer, Ableton offers a lot more than FL and would be worth the extra money, especially for electronic production which is essentially what you’d be making with beats

Is it for EDM only?

Yes but when you open the project in ableton PC/Mac is still possible to change notes of an instrument? Or do you only get audio waves? Obviously you would need to have the same instruments on Mac/PC like on your iPhone/iPad.
@FunnyPhisto2 жыл бұрын
It is possible to alter everything because the instruments in the app are based on existing instruments in Ableton Live, like Wavetable and Simpler. So you can change notes or change the settings of the instruments and effects in Live. The Note App basically is an very basic version of Live underneath.

Amazing!! By the way, how do you record Note's sound in the video even though your iPhone is wireless? Because it sounds very good, if it's being recorded with the same mic as your voice.
@Noisegate2 жыл бұрын
No, the sound of Note is produced with the iPhone itself

The developers have to make money too, so in my case, six dollars would be well worth it if it was truly accessible with voiceover and jaws. I use jaws… Job access with speech… On my PC, and of course voice on this iPhone.

@theinvisibleman It's improved greatly over the years and I believe the pixel 3 was the first with 10ms. There's plenty of audio applications that work just fine. I'm not looking to replace my daw with mobile quality, just the capability to get creative on the move and later upload into the Ableton suite. I can live without it but support would be cool.

@@this_smitty23 Andrew huang did a great video where he explained why music apps don’t make it to android and the nightmare that is beta testing for android devices. Going to android is what has slowed down the development of many great apps, including Koala, Zenbeats, and FLSM.
