To be clear: this is my personal opinion, total conjecture. Once you get to the Noisia level of things (at least with this kind of jump-up stuff), some of the sound design, mix aesthetics, beatwork and arrangement paradigms are so advanced and hyperproduced that the overall music ends up being so perfect and sterile that it lacks overall character, or that some sort of emotional energy is sacrificed in the tireless pursuit of these sorts of production values. That being said, the pursuit is DEFINITELY tireless. Noisia's attention to detail is truly unreal, and the persistence of their sound's final listening cleanliness, even for positively FILTHY sounds, is above any other electronic music I have heard. My level of respect for that, at least, is unmatched.
