Noita Together 43 Player Hardcore Win

A short compilation of the historic 43 player Noita Together win that happened recently. Previously I thought winning with such a large amount of players in a hardcore run would be impossible but I underestimated just how good many of our Noita community members have gotten. I mainly wanted this video to serve as proof of who the 43 participants were.
Hardcore Noita Together Rules:
If any player dies, the run ends for everyone
If anyone angers the gods, everyone has angered gods in their game
Picked up health ups are split amongst all players (+4 hp to all players)
Players can send gold, spells, and wands to each other

Noita Together is mod. Multiplayer but only interaction by sending or taking spells or wands from a fridge. Hearts are shared between all but weakened. Dying will reduce the other's health. Hardcore is same but if one dies, all die In case KZbin doesn't understand what's going on

Oh wait so is this hardcore game difficulty as well, or not? I assumed it was and was unreasonably impressed but if it's not I will temper my impressedness to a reasonable level, which would still be very impressed.

@@excrubulent hardcore in this sense just means Dunk changed up the settings in the mod to be more punishing. Nightmare runs are what I believe you're talking about (the one that gives perks to enemies). You can tell it isn't nightmare mode because Dunk made it past the snowy caverns 😁

It would be crazy to have this many people in a sort of knock-out game mode where there would be some certain task every so often like "get the most gold" and a few of the people who had the least gold collected in the time frame would die when time was up, or "kill the most enemies". With a mode like this that doesn't punish everyone for any one person's mistake, it could open the door to playing with viewers as a more public thing (granted, I'm not sure how good or bad the connectivity is with Noita Together, although it seemed to be performing fine with at least 43 people).

@@shaunhayes3072 The reason it was 43 players is due to the fact we had done a run previously with 90 players, and Dunk had only the survivors of that first run participate in this hardcore run. Honestly, that's what makes this run way more impressive, as it was not only such a large amount of players, but also that us 43 had completed 2 runs in a row without dying either time. Also, that game mode sounds incredibly fun, too; I'd recommend checking out the Noita Nemesis mod, which pits all the players into two to four groups to compete to see who lives via sending enemies and bosses into other's worlds.

Wait, at 1:05 he has ambrosia's effect, not stains. I was pretty sure that drinking ambrosia doesn't give you its effect

That is a buff from the Noita Together mod, if someone pours Ambrosia into the hourglass in hisii base instead of tele, the whole group gets a damage mitigation buff (it's not invulnerability like normal ambrosia).

@@dfghertyasdf Ahh then its all bugged out for some reason. I just assumed it was because of a large party was happening. We still cant connect properly and are trying to beat the boss but cant pick up the salt because it says were both not there. Shows each player but says we have 100 health and are stuck at the beginning. Anyway to fix without killing the run?

Hello there editor boi, can you consider making the music quieter, if you bump dunks voice to be around -6db and have all all music play around -18db (when background) and maybe up to -12db (when as loud as dunk) would make it so we dont have to change our volumes often, thanks

It's a mod called Noita Together. Commonly referred to as multi-verse rather than multi-player. Everyone is on the same seed, but not the same world. So the maps are the same, but you can't, for example, kill enemies for other players. However, you can share spells, wands, and flasks at the Holy Mountains and the host can select options to share things like health, perks, orbs, etc..
