Been using a ton of Mirage, actually insane how much impact you can have on the game. He can defend against split pushes, he can split push himself and he just does insane damage especially if you have good aim

Still insane that we can have this level of content and community, even extending to pro tournaments, in a game the devs still call PRE-alpha. Who knows what the alpha, the beta, and the full game will even play like, kinda cool to get in on the ground floor

Great content (as usual)! Quick question, why no bullet resist shredder over something like duration extender/suppressor? I do a similar build with a few tweaks: +kinetic dash because I love that item, burst fire over swift striker, -duration extender -suppressor -barriers, +bullet lifesteal, HVM over HPW, and then some minor spirit stuff to transition to AOE spirit build late game if it's looking like a lot of team fights will break out. I'm always thinking of ways to improve my build, so I'd love to hear a little bit more on what you think about those item replacements!

Yooo, ofc, I'll happily share my thoughts, so main reason why you don't go BRS is because Scarabs has a built in Bullet resist shredder already once you put two points in it (we max scarabs) - I think your build is fine and there's a lot of routes you can take for Mirage, whatever works for you! I personally do like Kinetic Dash as well!

@ it stacks but it’s diminishing so 10+10 isn’t 20, so you get less value the more you get, going crippling headshot as your only shredder though is completely fine

I started playing Mirage recently and tried both gun builds. I could tell Mirage was very strong and I enjoyed the builds but I've had much more success with a spirit build I made revolving around Djinn's mark. Especially during lane phase, if you put all AP into your 3 it scales so fast and can overpower enemies before they even get their ult.

@@FidgetyGamer spirit is good but the main issue is it needs a lot of souls compared to gun in order to match it, happy you’re enjoying Mirage though 😁

How does quicksilver reload work with mirage’s 3rd spell djinn’s mark? When does it reload?

haven't played in like a month but why not build soulslinger headshots on mirage? seems like it synergizes with his kit well, even if people are maxing scarabs instead of the mark first. also does escalating exposure not proc on the scarabs? i just tried it in sandbox and it didnt seem to stack at all. the scarab ticks every second and seems to do spirit damage so i feel like it should proc

This is if you do a spirit build, the problem is that Mirage needs an insane amount of networth compared to Gun Mirage to get value out of spirit

@@christofu_ Spirit does work, can probably make it work in lower lobbies but in top elo it's extremely hard (trust me I've tried haha)

@@NoizeehI assume they mean barriers, because resists don't apply to barriers

@Noizeeh what the other guy said, if evasion is coded as resist then it kind of sucks with barrier, if it's coded as something different then it's very strong cause it will double your barrier for the duration

@@TheGingerjames123 I get it now, it’s a really good question and I’m not sure if Evasion will allow damage to skip past your shields in case of if proccing, will have to try in the sandbox
