Gunna took a plea where he agreed to state on the record that YSL is a criminal gang and that he's witnessed members commit felonies in furtherance of the gang so he could come home as fast as possible. Coincidentally, a RICO conviction threshold is founded on proving that such-and-such is a continuing criminal enterprise (ie a gang) and so-and-so is part of it. Gunna told the second he was offered a deal and the DA wouldn't have mandated he go on the record like that for no reason. IIt's beyond me why anyone is insisting that it's not snitching or at least throwing his dude under the bus who was left to fight for his life in a courtroom. We don't know if the Fulton County DA's office fumbles this case and the feds don't swoop in to pick it up and force Gunna to testify or use his "Yes ma'am" as evidence. All I know is if my dude made me rich and famous and we get jammed up on some bogus ass case like that, I'm staying in jail with him to fight it, especially since Gunna wasn't guilty of anything serious, and I'm certainly not leaving him in a lurch on the record just so I can come home. People are making money off Gunna, he's still signed to Thug as far as I know, so they're going to stay taking that money for now.

Y'all love to leave out that the fact any of what he said wouldn't be used in anybody's trial. Hence why his name or any statements wasn't even brought up again after he took the plea deal. Which is why i'm sure he took the deal in the first place...because he didn't actually put anybody in jail behind his deal or anything could be used in the trial. Nor would he have to testify. Plus none of his statements implicated anybody in any crimes. There was no specifics in any of his statements. What he did wasn't honorable, yes. But he didn't Snitch on anybody. If so, his statements would have been used in the trial or he would have been on the stand. NEITHER has happened.
