នំពងអន្សង Nom Pong Onsong Mung Bean Pastry Ball

In the video there were a mistake on instruction at 2:00 min should say mung bean and it’s a typo it show up as mung mean so sorry
Nom pong on song នំពងអន្សង
Dough :
2 cup of glutinous rice flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
Filling:
14 oz mung bean
1/2 cup chopped green onion
4 Tbsp of chopped shallots
1/4 tsp salt
4 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp coconut milk
The above filling I’m using half of it because I keep other half for next time use.

This recipe was off with the coconut measurement because 1 1/2 cup is too much. It made the dough mixture too watery.

Mai Y. Lee no it’s not. Did you know making any dough is base on where you are? The temperature in your house and the water that you used. This is base on my location. People need to adjust their liquid when making a dough.
