Cambodia Deep Fried Cup Cakes With Taro And Shrimps In side (Note : For The Shrimps and The Taro cubes You Can Just Put Them in The Butter Mixture Without Stir Fry Them Just Fine It Work Just Well)
Note : To make the softer cake just use 1/2 cup of sweet rice flour mix with 1/2 cup of rice flour .(Instead of use the whole cup of rice flour)
For the other recipes it work well with the deep fried cup cakes too

we use 1 cup of the filling ,
add 1 cup of rice flour ,
1/4 cup of all purpose flour ,
and 1/2 cup of water
1/4 tsps. of salt
Mix well
we can steam the butter mixture in the cup first
after that take the cake out of the cup and fry it about 2 to 3 minutes
this turn out really yummy too .
