Yeah that sometimes happens when components are changed and funny enough I've seen it on brand new machines that came with Windows 10 preinstalled. If he uses the windows activation troubleshooter it should activate itself without a new key.

One thing I don't quite get: You have the five icons of the opposing team. They start as question marks but when you ID them they change to the icon for the corresponding operator. However, when you kill an enemy, most of the time their icon stays as a question mark. Why? What's the harm in letting your team know what kind of operator the dead people were?

Maybe it's if they're the kind that can lay traps (frost, kapkan, etc.) it then lets them know to look out for that? I don't really know

If you kill them, it always stays as whatever it was. Be it the operator icon or a question mark. If people care enough about that, people will call out who they've killed. One thing *I* don't get, is how sometimes you can ping someone in prep phase (Ding, points, and red marker) but the operator is not revealed. There is no actual reason for this, just some kind of bug that still hasn't been fixed. However, I don't even understand how this can be a bug. I'm not a great coder, but I see it would just be LOS check, and if yes to enemy, then ping (Leading into different bit of code for pinging) and reveal operator. I've had times where my drone spawned right next to objective (Say, Coastline kitchen or blue bar) I went in, pinged four people, and got destroyed. The screen cuts to a friendly drone, where there are four red pings, but we haven't spotted any operators.
