Super fun day. Thank you for breaking the fundamentals and giving me that one on one session. For anyone reading this, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! book your sessions and be ready to soak in more knowledge on top of what you know. I went in there feeling intimidated, Oliver showed a different side to bass fishing like I never could have encountered on my own. Being on the water fishing for 8 hours straight was exciting from start to finish. Even watching how he was reading his targets was fascinating. I promise you guys, you will walk out of there with more knowledge, have more confidence, understand the basics from cast to retrieve. Thank you BBD!!

Appreciate your explanations and reasons for your selection of tackle to the conditions in the lake. 👍🏼. Does it make a difference one way or the other connecting your snap to the lure’s split ring rather than attaching the snap to the crank’s line tie (without a split ring)?? You say you’re ambidextrous on reeling, but can you cast both left and right handed too? 💪🏼

from seeing underwater footage of a same lure connected via different methods, it does not affect the swimming action of the lure in most cases. It CAN though if you are tying straight to the nose of lures. Yes Oliver can cast with either arm from any direction. He's a dork and has no life.

We use short 12-18" leaders so you don't have to wind the connection knots through the tip. Smallest sizes of the BKK snaps are sufficient in strength.
