I retired after 30 years and a few months after retirement, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 incurable cancer. Welcome to Canada 🍁 I'm so glad you tried the poutine with the cheese curds and not just mozzarella as it makes a difference. Had a Canteen in a hockey arena several years ago and was voted best Canteen poutine. I still hold my gravy recipe a secret. The sauce can make it or break it. Great sea plane tour, I just would have had so much anxiety trying to figure out where to go, I can't stand it when it isn't clearly marked where to go, like we should know arr. Glad you found it in time. 🤗
