I've tried making a square wooden block, I lowered the polygons and unwrapped the uv but why the uv lines like bent and not in uniform shape?

Hi!! I've been watching your videos ever since I got Nomad and they've been a lot of help! I have a question and if you could answer it would help a lot ❤ When it comes to texturing such as the leaves, does it only work with procreate or can you use other art programmes to achieve the same effect? I primarily use Ibis paint and am not able to get procreate on the tablet I use. Thank you!! Your videos are super informative and helpful!!
