This is great, I watched most of your 4 hour video too which was super insightful. I learned about tools that i didn’t really know about. Why did you bring this into blender? Would u say it was worth the extra work. I was shocked at how good the render result was in nomad alone.

Thank you! Yes, blender is a completely different level- the two aren’t really comparable when it comes to renders. I can get great stuff in nomad, but the power of cycles is pretty magical. It’s also a completely new way of adding materials, lighting systems and all that which I’m not quite as good at yet. Even the fact that I can add as many light sources and natively make things emit light I’d a game changer!

@@drugfreedave yeah I hear you, you make some good points. Seems like blender for rendering is really great when you’re ready to get very specific or particular about what u want and are less in the experimental phase of exploring design options. I agree the ability to add objects as light sources is pretty next level! I’ve never been a fan of waiting on render cycles though lol
