Andrew's hair color goes so smooth with the golden color of the walls, Amazing how he can do that, this is the work of a perfectionist.

I like the NO approach, especially with picking that first second residency. Its so easy to get caught up with all the options.

If the areas mentioned the 1% rule is by far the one that sticks with me the most in my day-to-day life. This amounts to massive improvement over a 5 year period also. Also, regarding Georgia one area that I enjoy from their is the cuisine, which is amazing in my opinion! I often joke around with people and tell them the more chaotic the society, the more likely the better cuisine is found in that place. Not always true but this example would be the case in many situations haha.

Completely agree. The 1% rule has had the greatest impact in changing my life and making greatest strides toward my long term vision overall. Now, Your chaotic cuisine theory is hilarious. You’re onto something for sure.

I never sought chaotic cuisine before or noticed the correlation. I agree it’s hilariously insightful.

I really have learned the lesson of moving some place and finding out that it wasn't the best decision, and that's just within the context of the U.S. I've lived all over the place. Texas, Colorado, DC, and now Kentucky. I'm really looking forward to checking out some other places internationally in the future; especially in Latin America.

Say NO, whenever you feel like it, no explanation needed. Life is full of distractions that will pick away at your time, energy, and money. Figure out what you like doing, what benefits you, and don't waste time with the rest.

I am going to forgive the smoking jacket (or whatever you are wearing, lol) because this was a good video. I agree with another comment about the 1% a day. That is a really good way to approach not just finances but your life. Also, be around "nice" people. Another way to make your life happy and successful because a positive attitude begets positive events.

1) Say No really ties into 10) that 5/25, but I'd say Improve 1% (Atomic Habits much?) is among my favorites. Although writing 10 ideas a day is something I hadn't given much consideration to. So that would win the newness idea for me :)
