The United States is following the WEF’s playbook to the letter. It’s becoming a nation of renters. Housing isn’t affordable for the average wage earner. Cheesy apartment buildings are going up everywhere. Cars are going the same way. They’re so expensive that when the car loan is finally paid off it’s time for a new one so it’s the same as renting. The quality of life in the U.S. is plummeting. The culture has become very druggy because of the despair. Being a “boomer” I saw life get better for people in succeeding generations. Then things abruptly turned in a different direction, and now conditions are getting uglier by the year.

I am deeply alarmed at how passive, docile and complacent Americans have become. They don’t even value freedom anymore and they have tolerated things that they would have NEVER tolerated in the 80s and 90s when I was growing up. People who are worried most often do not realise that there is a choice. You do not have to comply to your government. It might sound strange, yet think about this; we were programmed to believe we have no choice. It's not true. Nairobi is not in deep trouble; it has enjoyed peace and stability for the 60 years since its independence. The situation with W. Ruto and the financial bill are indeed significant setbacks in a country that still struggles with corruption and how to create enough jobs to meet the demands of population growth. However, this is the epicenter of East Africa, with a young population and a multiethnic landscape. People have enjoyed peace here, and more opportunities are emerging. There are so many amazing developments and leaps in infrastructure, health, education, and foreign investment. The United Nations recently announced they are moving thousands of their staff permanently from New York to Nairobi. We Africans have faced far deeper troubles in the past, and the worst is behind us. Even countries like Somalia are finally starting to get more stable. Africa is the future, and educated diasporas are joining our continental brothers and sisters to create a better future for our children. I could have easily stayed in France and continued to work as a well-paid lawyer in Paris, but the love of my continent brought me back. Just wait and see.

I lived in Albania and I loved it! Countries that have recently had civil revolution to go to war for their freedom remind me of the peak years of America. The US is so robotic, corporate NPC, communist, and police are literally one traffic stop away from wrongfully convicting you of a crime until you end up on a Netflix documentary 30 years from now after all of your constitutional rights were violated as you were presumed guilty. I’m exaggerating for humor but the US is the scariest place I’ve ever lived. I live in Africa now and the freedom here is amazing. Even in the way you can drive a car you feel free not scared to death of police.

@@PolRomeoInvestorthey usually are. People typically get more money as they work less and they work less as they get more money. It’s a good feedback loop because it helps you create and invest even more because you aren’t exhausted from the day to day physical or mental grind of poverty. All the people I know with money are rarely if ever at actual work 😂! They’re paying other people to do most tasks or have extremely cushy jobs or enterprises where their “work” consists of at most a couple hours on the computer. It’s not bad it’s just that once you come into money you lose your perspective and once you lose perspective on other people’s suffering you are not very likely to understand and therefore less likely to empathize with the plight of other people. Think about the self made millionaire versus the self made millionaires kids. Also the sad reality is that money is usually a generational blessing and poverty a generational curse. If we know that poor people’s children tend to remain poor and rich people’s children tend to remain rich, the issue is nothing about working hard or intelligence. The average wealthy person is no more intelligent and works no harder than the average poor person, it’s mostly a matter of knowledge, experience, nepotism, and previous wealth. Currently most people believe that they can just claw themselves out of intense poverty and statistically it just isn’t so

Government says both the property and vehicle taxes are to support the social works and the state, OK, fine, just change the names to property rent and car rent and stop inventing names for those things which you don't in fact own, the government owns them and they're just renting them to you. My daughter and I left the US about a year ago and am almost finished my residency process in my new home country. Moving to another country doesn't necessarily mean you have to choose between money and family. The US is going downhill fast and my goal is to buy a property here and provide a secure place for my family to come if things get too scary for them there. They will have a safe haven if need be, if not, well then they just have a nice place to vacation. As of right now, my immediate family all have their passports and they have visited me often here and I have in turn visited them often since I have been gone. I can do this because I am in Latin America and the flights are easy to and from FL, AL and TX where they all are. No, I can't have them over for Sunday dinner every week, but that doesn't mean I can't help them if needed (and vice versa) since I am a relatively short flight away. Family is important and my kids lived most of their lives in a multi-generational home with their grandparents and an aunt an uncle. We are very interconnected, and our ties are strong. None of them see my moving as a break or a betrayal. They know that this move is as much for them as it is for me.

Yeah, but in a toxic relationship, with people, at first, you are treated better than ever, to lure you in, and the bad things only come later, gradually, so you are already in over your head when you finally realize what happened and that's exactly why it's so difficult to escape. I don't know how it is with countries, but those programs in Italy and now in Sweden where you can buy a house for 1 Euro if you agree to certain terms... they seem like a huge red flag. There must be a reason why people don't want to live there.

Ahhh but the EU is soon geting the vaxx pass starting this september. Developed during the COVID-19 pandemic for the EU Digital COVID Certificate, the GDHCN is now managed by the World Health Organization, enabling the authenticity of digital vaccination records to be ensured.[7] EUVABECO’s pilot projects aim to pave the way for other countries by harmonising vaccine terminology, developing a common syntax, ensuring adaptability across different healthcare settings, and refining EVC implementation plans. These plans will be publicly released in 2026, extending the EVC system beyond the pilot phases and enabling broad adoption across all EU Member States. In addition to the EVC, EUVABECO is creating plans for several other innovative tools: a clinical decision system that provides vaccination recommendations, a screening tool to identify and invite vulnerable populations, an electronic Product Information Leaflet (e-PIL) to enable the transfer of vaccines across countries without having to repackage them, and a modeling and forecasting tool to assess the impact of public health interventions. By leveraging the lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic and fostering innovation in vaccination management, Europe is taking crucial steps toward a more resilient and health-secure future. For more information about the EUVABECO project, visit the project website.

What about somewhere that isn't necessarily the most tax-friendly (in terms of inheritance), but is an extremely safe place with a very high standard of living.... Japan? Americans used to be able to have a family, a house, a car, send a kid to college, and have a pension for retirement. It took one salary to the support that lifestyle. Since the Reagan era, that has imploded with the implementation of his neoliberal trickle down economics. This is all well documented.

The amount of babyboomers can skew the data, that it looks like a big white majority, but in 10/20 years they will pass out, and our younger generation can not have as many kids as the subsidized mohammedans, so it does not take very long. The amount of baby-buggies with arabs is about 70% versus baby-buggies with natives based on my eye account. And it may sound like a fear-maniac, I hope it will never come that far, but when it comes to weapons we are vastly out-numbered. Weapons are illegal here. But economic forecasts are very grim with a government that has put 500 feet of concrete over our gas field source, that supplied all our houses and industry with heat. And farmers output are reduced to 50% of what it was because of unexplainable nitrogen policies, and fishermen can no longer fish, and industry is dying here like it did in Detroit, because of over taxation (labour costs) and environmental rules. Ok this comment is for People (which I am guessing in majority are either from US or from a similar big western country). What Andrew is saying for Serbia or Albania does hold some value, but it comes with a big caveat which sometimes westerners are unaware because they have been raised in a different culture. Now, I am born and raised in Albania and moved to US 12 years ago. I hold dual citizenship, both American and Albanian. I visit Albania every summer and my parents, soon-to-be wife and childhood friends all live there still. Albania is a GREAT GREAT Country to spend time and possibly to live if you have income in USD. It can also be a GREAT COUNTRY to "move some money just in case". However, it is NOT A COUNTRY TO MAKE MONEY. There have been SEVERAL cases where high profile international business man have been blown up inside their car because they roughed the wrong feathers. Albania is a SMALL country and it is in the POSSESSION of a very few selected individuals who have air tight control of everything (ports, drugs, customs, big businesses, big real estate complexes). So, a move to Albania to live a quiet life can be indeed very rewarding and feasible. Or maybe a move to just own a house and have a passport can be done too. However, if you are high net worth individual and you think that moving to Albania will give you access to an "un-tapped" market and you can make money. Then you are being sold a LIE!!! PS. If you really intend to make a big real estate investment in Albania, make sure you are buying a property where there is not an on-going court case dispute between 2 different owners where each is claiming rights of possession. This happened because the Communist regime seized all property and it became state-owned and after the 90's all state-owned property was claimed by anyone who "had access" to friends in the government. Now a majority of real estate or lands are on-going court cases between post 90's owners vs. pre-communist period owners.

I laughed so much when you wrote about buying property and how multiple people claim that they're the legitimate owners. Because in Serbia we have the same thing. But luckily that's becoming less and less common. Trust me, the Balkans are the future of freedom, only if people learn to leave nationalism on the side. Especially if Turkey joins the BRICS, then they could send the wave up north towards the Balkans. Serbia already has tens of thousands of foreigners that call Serbia home in the last 5 years. It's very friendly and English is at the top standards compared to the rest of Europe. The only countries with a higher level of English than Serbia are the Scandinavian countries.

Canadians over the past three years have been struggling to buy a home. Our 1700 square foot 2 story home was bought for 85,000 dollars in 1983, and sold when the market just started a downswing in 2022, for 915,000 dollars. We sold it in 2 days. We could have waited for higher offers that we were told were coming, but we decided we were pleased with the offer. Most similar homes in our area, which is in the greater Toronto area, were selling just a few weeks previously for over a million dollars. Since then our bank interest went up by over 2%, which is a big difference in a a mortgage of at least 750,000 dollars. The present Administration in Canada has been instrumental in this happening, as half of our federal government, as well as our Prime Minister are tied to the World Economic Forum. Over the past two years they have brought in 2.5 million new immigrants from mostly third world countries, and we have no housing for these people, our social services, education and healthcare are stretched beyond recognition. So Canada is on track to be a globalist country, although we have a decent intelligent young man as leader of our Conservative Party, and now that we are all aware of the compromise these Federal idiots have brought down on Canada, we have to now fight hard to stop this evil madness brought on our backs by puppets who sacrificed their country to get their names frequently on television. Wish us luck. Canada needs it.

This guy is the perfect example of how travel is the greatest educator. I lived in Ghana for 10 years as a private tutor and then returned to the U.K. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Made more money than I'd ever seen in my life and felt more free than I'd ever felt in my life. It wasn't perfect but trust and believe, my standard and quality of life was one where I ate at 5 star hotels for Sunday lunch. I had a driver, a gardener, a cleaner and came shopping in the West End of London every summer. Even if your not a millionaire there are greater options overseas. I can just tell by the way this guy talks that travel has broadened his perspective on life - no end. What an inspiration! I am fired up!

Greetings from Greece! Many people here are troubled by the issues you mention, but there is also the other side that I, as a Greek woman and a descendant of refugees from Asia Minor with the exchange of populations between Greece and Turkey, see things differently, another such example is the Jews. If you don't have a country of your own, in times of turmoil you risk having nowhere to go. The question is not which country we will take refuge in as foreigners. and don't pretend that if you have citizenship in a country, you will be accepted in times of crisis. The point is to open our eyes and do what everyone should do for their place!

It is very easy, but is getting more difficult as they have significantly raised the minimum limit as to what you need to earn which for Canadians is now just over $6,100 per month before taxes or a savings of $102,000 in savings for the past 12 months. Two years ago it was only $2300 per month or $52,000 in savings so they are making it more difficult

You are trained to see through the lens of consumerism and so you see nothing but places for more carefree consumerism. To serve their purposes, you had to become consumers and you are. In full glory. Freedom. Hmm! Freedom is within, not somewhere in the world where people are already being used, killed, shot, starved, robbed... for someone else to consume. wherever you go, with this user attitude, you will remain a part of this system. And the system is the same everywhere. The division/ and limitations arising from this/ under labels such as communism, capitalism, poor, developed, etc. is only for you. For those who consume you, there are no boundaries or limitations. I hope for your sake and the sake of your children, you will realize it.
