Hey I just wanted to make sure you got at least one comment. I have lived in la lejona for the last year. It is a pretty nice, safe neighborhood. You did a great job !

Thanks and glad you enjoyed it. I would have purchased in the neighborhood but wanted something less than $200K. Live in Las Brisas.

Last month I rented a 1BR in colonia San Rafael for $500/month. I have friends in Balcones, La Lejona, and La Colima next to el Charco. These are all homes for the highly affluent. Really upscale.

Is it so the bus stop is a mile away ? are you peddling an E bike ? I like E bikes. Yours is fast
@NomadicRVLiving3 ай бұрын
Yes and I love my E-bike. It looks like I am going fast but probably only 10 mph.

Do you need a Mexican license for the e-bike?

What are the HOA fees at the condos and townhomes? It doesn’t look like those homes have any yards.
@NomadicRVLiving2 ай бұрын
It's hard to determine the HOA fees for each property. Mine are $1,600 pesos which is about $90 per month. I think most will be in the $150 to $300 per month range and will depend on amenities and especially if they have a shuttle bus. Most homes in Latin America don't have traditional yards as you would find in the US. There are some communities that have yards, but it's not very common.
