You should add electric power term in explanation. If electric power increases, torque and rpm increases. But for same electric power, if torque increases then RPM decreases and vive versa

Incorrect. Power = torque x speed. Speed is determined by frequency and number of poles therfore stays constant. Toque is a measure of motor loading. Therefore, increased loading increases current flowing through winding providing exyrs torque within power limit.
