Is it just me or does the large size make it look a bit cheap? I haven’t seen those in person, but I’d guess the 35mm version could be more stylish as a dress watch. Do you agree?

Great video. Have heard of these but never followed them. I checked their site out and love the Tangente Sport marine black Ref 581. This may be my next watch. Been going back and forth between getting the Omega Aqua Terra/Breitling Premier, but now this Nomos looks pretty good. I gotta see these in person.

I have the 40mm ahoy it’s a lovely watch but as it’s all face and very long lugs it does look huge . On the wrist .it does work well as a smart casual piece . No mistaking the quality that’s for sure ..

I loved this watch ever since I got into watches. If I needed a real dress watch, I would certainly have it my collection. Alas, I have no need ever for a dress watch. Even in the rare times that I wear a suit (last time was seven years ago, I think, for a college graduation), my Speedmaster is more than dressy enough. Still, I just may get one one day because it is just so beautifully done. My one big concern is size. 38 mm is really on the small side for my 7-1/4 inch wrist. But that 48 mm lug-to-lug does stretch it out nicely and I have to say Aron it looks good on you. Thanks for the review!

Thanks Lee!! I haven't had a reason to wear a suit for 5 years, so we are in tgd same boat man. They are amazingly well built and beautiful watches. The 48mm lug to lug definitely make up tge difference for the 38mm side to side. The speedy makes a very nice watch to wear with a suit BTW. Cheers buddy!!
