It's beautiful, I think. A couple of points: 1. Some of us like that it's not automatic. The feel of winding a watch every couple of days makes you feel like you're a part of the watch. You're taking an active role in giving that little machine energy. I can also find parallels with driving an automatic car, rather than a six-speed manual with a clutch. I like to drive and I prefer the six-speed. I feel like I'm part of the car. 2. There's a big advantage for me having that second date on the perimeter of the dial. It's like an hour hand where you look to see where you are in the day. Having that red second date, is the same thing but just on a monthly basis. My work is fully dependent on where I am in the month, so that would be useful to me. I can visualize where I am in the month with that movement and display. 3. That exhibition case back showing that beautiful movement punches above its weight with that watch I think. It's freaking beautiful. Sorry to blab. I blame the gummies haha

Nice watch and a more wearable dial size. The lug-lug of 47.7mm is too big though. I know it’s Nomos’ design language but it makes it likely to be unwearable for those of us who have smaller wrists. I can’t wear the Speedmaster Pro because its lug-lug is too big for me. This is about 0.5mm shorter but looks longer because of the smaller case width. I’d need to try it to be sure but I’m not hopeful

I feel like I'm missing something, like there's something else going on that I'm not understanding or noticing. I love the watch and it's cool that they're showing you the date in two ways but that can't be it, that can't be the reason for making a brand new calibre. Nice video by the way

Perhaps the movement will allow for the creation of a GMT in the future 🤔
