Ultra ego is kinda double edged the more damage Vegeta takes the stronger he becomes, HOWEVER, his body is still sustaining that damage. The damage won't effect his fighting, however once his body is to beaten, it'll give out on him all at once.

Black Frieza Still Solos Them, But I Wonder If Frieza Is Still Training Because He Knows Goku And Vegeta And Them Talk About Him After Seeing That Form Of His, He Maybe Be Plotting Another Plan So If They Meet Him Again Gohan And Them Will Not Have A Chance Into Defeating Him. I mean it’s true the more vegeta takes the more stronger he becomes however in ultra ego he still receives damage it just that he don’t feel any damage as long as he is in the form but if vegeta takes excessive damage vegeta will get knocked out due to damage he receives on his body…. But vegeta should win this logically cuz gohan doesn’t even train vegeta should be leagues above him logically but the bullshit they doing in recent manga I see this happening
