The song is dedicated to ARMY for FESTA 2024 (the yearly celebration of BTS's debut). It's supposed to be a performance song but due to his enlistment into the military he didn't had enough time to record the video (his words). He said because there's supposed to be a choreography, the chorus is quite repetitive. And apparently he's says 11 times the same in the chorus for the 11 years of BTS that are celebrated on June 13th...

Everything that comes out right now is pre-recorded because they can't make music while being enlisted into the military. The last 4 (RM, Jungkook, V and Jimin) enlisted on December 11th and December 12th 2023. Jin, the eldest, went in first and he will be back in a couple of days (the 12th). J-Hope will be back in August this year. BTS will be reunited in June 2025. They have to serve for 18 months and SUGA 22 months because he's doing social service due to a shoulder injury.

He told us in a weverse post that this song is dance music. He wanted to do a house dance performance for it but ran out of time before enlistment and was quite sad about it. But it’s okay. Great reaction! This was recorded right before he left for the military. They can't release anything that was produced while they are in the military only things that were done before they left. In other words, they can't earn any money from performances and such or else it's considered the government's money. The guys got around this by doing all of this hard work before and letting their label release it while they are gone. This is their gift to ARMY to help us pass the time while they are away from us. They are truly AMAZING! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

For me personally I don’t rank any Festa song or any song dedicated to ARMYs. I just enjoy it as it is. It’s a gift for us. I loved it though, I cherish whatever genre they give us but I was really hoping for a more upbeat song and Jungkook delivered. 💜

It's such a fun song! I was expecting a slow, sweet song, but I'm not complaining! I can't even imagine how much more they pre-recorded and prepared for us during this time of enlistment. It feels like they never left!

Jungkook recorded it just before his enlistment and said today in a letter that he planned to do a dance performance (house dance) on this song but unfortunately he couldn't record it due to the lack of time 😭 In 2023 RM, Jhope and Jimin gave us hints about their respective future album, 2 of them have already been released (HOTS and RPWP) so now we know that Jimin is probably the next member on the list, and then we'll have Jin's album later this year 😊

When this song started it felt, to me at least, like a direct response to Love Letters. Even some of the sentences and wording, seemed to relate directly to that song. It felt like Never Let Go is his answer to that beautiful song.

The #1 way to find out about new releases is to get a Weverse membership. There are official announcements, could be short, could be long. This was very short, others could have an announcement, trailers, singles, all leading to the album. It costs $22 US. Jin is back on the 13th. It's a perfect time to honor him by playing his music - Epiphany, Moon, Abyss, It's Definitely You (OST with V), Awake. He'll have an album as soon as he's rested up and puts one together. He'll be the first to put out an album without his brothers around him.

JUNGKOOK left us a beautiful gift 🎁 for our FESTA 2024 A song from the House Dance genre which explains the longer hook for the performance. He is a creative genius and you, my friend, deduced it very well. It's a catchy song for the summer and it's sure to be played everywhere. Their album GOLDEN is truly incredible and has broken many records. You have homework and you must listen to their songs and review their MVs. Unfortunately he did not have the time to make an MV or choreography since he had to enlist in Military Service.

And he dedicated these song to ARMY 💜 I wonder if you would react to more BTS content and not only song/MV/live. Stuff like RUN BTS or even some compilations. I kind of feel like JK loves Army more than Army loves him, which is saying a lot since the love from Army is so great. I hope the next year flies by. Their discharge will be like an early 50th birthday present for me. Today just felt like no other when I would listen to the song in my car. I’ve told my husband, if I ever get my chance with JK, I’m GONE. 🤣 He understands. JK always writes such beautiful songs for ARMY. 🥹💜 It’s dancey because he planned to do a performance video with it (in the genre of House Dance. He posted about it on Weverse this morning) but he ran out of time. Also, the night before he left for the military, he did a live and told us that in 6 months we’d have a surprise. This is it. 😁 June is the month of BTS FESTA which celebrates the anniversary of their debut (June 13th). There are always events planned for FESTA every year. This year, Jin leaves the military on the 12th and on the 13th he is doing a meet and greet with ARMY where he will be giving out hugs. 😭
