Yes it's a fact that kids can memorize quran easily as your mind is sharp when you're young and kids learn quickly. Many parents start it at a very young age.. Recently a 13 year old girl from faisalabad, Pakistan has memorized the entire quran in just 36 days. In Islam, you will find many such kids who have memorized the whole quran by heart at a very young age. My sister was 3 n a half years old when she started her school and just going for a few days, she was literally telling me all the prayers in arabic that u need to recite before sleeping, eating food, while entering bathrooms, homes etc. back then she didn't know arabic but used to memorize it so quickly

My daughter studied in an islamic pre school where both school and Madrassa education were given.starting from the age of 3 and a half,they made them memorise one full Para of Qur'an and every essential dikrs as you mentioned

There are certain rules about reading the verses for example the pronunciation of words, where you have to stop, where u have to take a brief pause, where you have to keep going and doesn't stop at all etc. at a very young age, when school starts, Kids also take Quran classes at home and even in our schools, there is a whole Quran lecture. So we learn at a young age about how to read the quran and every Muslim no matter from which country he is from, he will definitely be able to read Quran in Arabic.

Quran padhne ke liye koi bhi qualification ki zaroorat bilkul bhi nahi hoti, bss arabic sahi se padhna aana chahiye aur retention power honi chahiye that’s it. aapko ek fact bolu ksm se arabic sabse zyada easy language hai, aapko samaj bhi nahi ayega lekin phir bhi loug poora poora ache se yaad krlete haii. 😁 it is so so easy to learn compared to other languages.
