yup they have PC client, that twin boss battle is on story mode coz you use lucia the red girl and lee the 2nd boss battle not on global ver. yet that Qu ultimate make me want to pull her gen 2 character is amazing

The game does have a PC client. It's pretty good. It's quite well-optimized in terms of performance, but the controls are questionable. The game also does have an EN dub for combat(some people like it, some don't). The story doesn't have much voice acting, and next to no cutscenes in the early chapters.

it's better to be invested on the combat instead of the story on early game, since one of the biggest PGR drawbacks are the first 8 chapter of their storyline which is pretty boring for first timer, but above that are ranging from good to amazing also better check out other boss fight since Qu movesets (second video) are pretty repetitive

Even The storyline of this game is pretty much confusing but interesting at the same time, and you as the commander (player) really have an important role because you are the only human who can touch the core of the problem in the pgr lore.
