You forgot to mention rhinoviruses. Enteroviruses can also cause myelitis, in fact they are the cause of ME which stands for myalgic encephalomyelitis. There are multiple additional diseases also caused by enteroviruses, including polio (Ev71 is also known as polio 4 but not categorized as such).
